1. Eat five washed Tulsi leaves daily in the morning. Tulsi (Basil or Ocimum Sanctum) is a medicinal plant with a lot of therapeutic properties. It helps in strengthening the body’s immunity and keep throat and lungs clear.

2. Giloi a common medicinal plant available in most of the areas. Just take a foot long branch of Giloi and boil it in water along with six leaves of tulsi plant. Allow water to extract all its properties. Add black pepper and black salt (sendha namak) or mishri (crystallized sugar) according to the taste. Drink this kadha, when it is still warm. This will help you to increase your body's immunity power. If giloi plant is not available than get giloi powder from any of the ayurvedic shop and make a similar drink and have it once a day.

3. Keep Camphor (kapur), Elaichi and Clove with you in your shirt's pocket. Its smell kills the infections germs present in air surrounding you and help you to remain refreshing.

4. Take a garlic piece and must eat at least two garlic pods at morning time. It can also be swallowed with lukewater. It helps in strengthen the immunity of the human body.

5. Must take a warm glass of milk along with little Turmeric (Haldi) in it, daily.

6. Take a Teaspoon of Aloevera (Gwarpatha) gel with water daily. It will help in nourishing your skin and help in relieving pain of joints but also increase the immunity power.

7. Do Pranayam and go for a morning walk or jogging daily, as this will help you in maintaining proper balance of your body and keep all its part healthy.

8. You should eat food rich in vitamin c such as citrus fruits like Amla, Orange etc..

9. Wash your hands properly and frequently. Try to keep them away from your mouth, eyes and nose. Alcohol based hand cleaners should be preferred for the hand wash.

10. Ventilate your surrounding place and allow sunlight to enter .

11. You should also try to avoid going in crowded places.
